Building charges and late-payment interest

The defendant disputed the supporting calculations and relied on payments made. The court found the claim supported by the association’s calculation and documents, and found no proof of overpayment.

The operative part grants the claim, awards the debt and accrued late-payment interest, and orders 0.07% daily on unpaid principal from 1 February 2016 until payment. Costs are borne by the defendant; unpaid procedural costs attract interest from finality at the ECB rate specified in the judgment plus 8 percent annually.
