Kangelaste 23: debt settlement approved; obligation to reimburse state legal aid retained

The court approved payment of debt and costs to the association within the agreed period; it did not cancel one defendant’s separate obligation concerning state legal aid.

The court approved the settlement between Korteriühistu Kangelaste 23 and two defendants XX, terminating the debt and late-payment interest case. The defendants must pay the association the agreed arrears and 157,50 euros in litigation costs within the period set by the agreement. The parties signed the agreement on 20 September and submitted it to the court the following day. The ruling contains no detailed initial calculations or objections.
